Before Your Appointment

Before you come in for your appointment, there are few things I think you should know.

1. I do not work at a salon, I actually work from home, so it is to my discretion to decline an appointment at any time if I don’t feel comfortable having you at my house.
2. Please understand that I do not purchase hair for my clients unless there is a dire need for it. Hair is a nonrefundable product and I don’t like taking the risk.
3. Because I work from home, I do not have a salon sink. So, please make sure that your hair is properly shampoo’d before arriving.
4. Feel free to bring a photo or any ideas of what you would like to accomplish with me. I love trying new things.
5. Please at least call or text message me if you will not be making it to your appointment. If an emergency arises and I will not be able to do your hair, I will call you in advance with notification as well.
6. I’m located downtown, so parking’s a little tricky.  You’re free to parallel park across from the lake.  Please understand that it’s only free after 7:30pm.
